Veteran owned Artisan Paintworks specializes in awakening the intrinsic beauty of your home while at the same time delivering an on time, on budget stress free experience. With a college background in art, and more than 26 years on the job, Master Painter Richard Read has realized a harmonious marriage of natural artistic ability with the very best of blue collar professionalism. Brought up in an "old school" manner starting as a journey man (learning to properly prep and prime), advancing to mechanic (applying finishes, learning all aspects of the trade) and finally graduating to "Master" after ten years of perfecting skills. Masterful in ALL aspects of the painting trade, including: interior/exterior paint, restorations, wallpaper, faux, floors, drywall/plaster, basement finishing, concrete floors, foundation sealing, power washing, furniture restoration and more. Also fully qualified in roofing and medium carpentry (window/door/trim install, siding install/repair, etc...). Insured for one million over two million. References available upon request.
