The work seemed to be adequate. However, the original quote that they had given us was for some additional work and they went over the original cost of the job that they did so we couldn't afford the second job which they said they were going to do with the original quote. The quote was inaccurate and we didn't really work it out beyond that. We didn't have any additional work done.
Description of Work: I last used Anthony Vespucci Contracting about 6 to 8 months ago to do some trenching and installing a curb drain.

HE DID THE FOUNDATION AND ALL THE INTERIOR CARPENTRY. WE DID HAVE A FEW SEPARATE SUBCONTRACTORS BUT HE DID EVERYTHING ELSE. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD. HE HAD SUGGESTIONS AS HE WAS GOING. HE GAVE US OTHER IDEAS AND ASKED US WHAT WE THOUGHT.
Description of Work: HE PUT A 24' X 36' ADDITION ON OUR HOUSE.

HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO. HE SAID I MAY NOT BE THE FASTEST, AND HE WASN'T, BUT I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH HIS WORK. HE DIDN'T LEAVE ONCE HE STARTED THE JOB. HE DID ALL THE WORK BY HIMSELF. I THINK THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND REASONABLE. THE ROOF LOOKS REALLY NICE.
Description of Work: THEY RIPPED OFF THE OLD ROOF AND CARTED AWAY THE GARBAGE. HE THEN REINSTALLED GUTTERS, SOFFET, FACIA, RIDGE CAP, DRIP EDGE, TAR PAPER AND SHINGLES.

I THINK HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH THE SIDING. IT LOOKS LIKE A BRAND NEW HOUSE. HE ALSO REPAIRED SOME ROTTEN WOOD THAT HE FOUND WITHOUT OVERCHARGING FOR IT. HE WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. THE PRICE WAS REALLY FAIR.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED OLD VINYL SIDING AND FOAM INSULATION THEN CLEANED EVERYTHING UP. HE PUT ON VAPOR BARRIER AND THEN INSTALLED NEW VINYL SIDING.
