Mike identified the problem fairly quick and luckily it wasn't a major issue. He corrected the issue and the unit works again. In and out in a half hour. Thanks Mike!

To say up front:  we've used Mike for all our appliances for years and have never been disappointed. He's very pro, knows his stuff, shows up on time and charges reasonable prices.
This time was the same. Correctly diagnosed the oven problem and had the part we needed. He also had the materials needed to do the dryer exhaust pipe.
He's very good, very reliable and dependable. AND you don't have to chase him. (E.g., he actually returns calls promptly!)

I was very pleased with his service.  I didn't have to wait a long time to have the work done. He was able to return the mower within a few days.  I was quite happy about that.  I have had to wait a long time in the past to get work done on my mower.

Charged for two service calls and then replaced a part and did not bother to check to see if the machine was working after he made the repair. Then sent bill for finance charge on the part for the time between when he received it and when he installed it.

He is excellent. The price was reasonable. He is courteous. He arrives on time. He is knowledgeable.
