I ordered a top soil and got gravel like soil That’s cheating

We have hired KEN MORRIS and SONS EXCAVATING in previous years for mulch delivery. Their prices are very competitive. They do deliver the materials and place on driveway, overall a good experience.
Negatives would be their delivery charges seem to be at the whim of the person on the phone, I have been given higher delivery rates then my husband when he calls. They are a bit unorganized as it took 3 calls and over 3 weeks to have the mulch and stone delivered this year. Their customer service and organization could use some help.

Called about 11:00 AM to inquire about topsoil. Office said they were very busy and that the owner was out delivering top soil but he called back within ten minutes. He asked when I would like it delivered and I said I was home and would like it as soon as possible. Hour and a half later I has ten very nice yards of high grade Topsoil delivered exactly where I wanted it.

Very satisfied. They delivered what we'd agreed on and the quality was very good. I'll use them again and would recommend them.

A very smooth transaction from the phone call to the delivery a short time later. No complaints what so ever.

IT WAS FINE. THEY DELIVERED THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. I CALLED AND A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER, I HAD MY MULCH. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

THEY ARE VERY POLITE. THEY DISCUSSED THE DIFFERENCE IN WHAT KINDS OF STONES THEY OFFERED AND WHAT WOULD BE OUR BEST OPTION. THEY WERE KIND AND COURTEOUS. THEY DROPPED THEIR LOADS WHERE WE WANTED THEM TO IN OUR YARD.
