When I called, set up an appointment and they arrived on time. Set up for installation, the staff was on time, courteous and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

We were really happy with their work.  They were fast.  They were efficient and polite.  They were good at their work.

They were punctual. They had all the pieces needed with them. They took away the old gutters, and they were very personable.

A previous company had told us we needed the gutters cleaned and a third downspout put in the center of the 50' gutter.  This would solve the problem of water splashing from the gutter onto windows and walls.  It would also kill the rose bush where it would drain.  They never looked into the gutter.  The owner of Empire Seamless Gutters looked into the gutter and said it was completely clean.  He said the problem was that the old gutter sagged in the center and had pulled away from the facia.  He gave us an estimate for a new gutter which he would attach to the facia so water would not spill over the back of the gutter.  He also would replace the two gutters and have the one at the drop-off extend beyond the roof so that the cracked PVC pipe would not be necessary.  He would pitch the gutter so that the center was higher than the two ends.  
After contacting his references, we called the next day and hired him.  He arrived on the third day, removed the old gutter, installed the new gutter and drainpipes, and even replaced the screens from our old gutter.  He demonstrated that the water was draining into both drainpipes.  The gray gutter even matches the paint on our house.
