Terrible! We couldn't wait to get these people off of our property. Eric Dubois became a different animal after we signed the contract. He has a lovely presentation, showing all these beautiful decks he supposedly did but he never touched our project. He had one semi-skilled worker who made the step risers different heights. They had to be redone after we drew him a template to use. The job took 2 weeks and Eric told us it would be 3 days. The siding on the deck was improperly installed, had to be redone and then they tried to charge us extra for it. We would not recommend this company. Not that the name of it is now "Upstate Decks" (not longer "Decks, Etc.")

IT'S A ONE MAN OPERATION. HE WAS VERY GOOD. I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HIM. I HAD GOTTEN PRICES FROM OTHER PEOPLE AND HE WAS A LITTLE BIT MORE BUT I SEEMED TO LIKE WHAT HE HAD TO OFFER SO WE WENT WITH HEM. THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS VERY NICE.
