Very well, I have no complaints. They're promptness is why I stick with them. It took them a few hours to complete the work. The worker was great, very polite, very professional. No messes at all.

Our geothermal unit was very complicated and involved a great deal of work to retrofit for duct work in a 300 year old house, but everything was perfectly installed. From the duct work, to the electrician and installation - Chuck and his team were top-notch and professional. The system is even better than what we expected and I have hired him several more times to help us.
I would highly recommend his company and services. And if your looking for geothermal, there is nobody better than Chuck!

I hired Chuck to replace my furnace; he started the work, left it half done and never returned. Originally he was supposed to finish the job in one day; in the middle of the day he said he needed a part and couldnt get it until next day. Then he never returned the following day; I called him several times he kept givng excuses and then stopped answering the phone

They are good. They seem like they are technically proficient. When we had a little bit of a problem with the new land filled central air conditioner, they came right out and fixed it which was like a minor problem that we could not identify, but they were able to figure it out real quickly and fixed it. I think their price was pretty good too.

Chuck  is a honest knowledgeable professional.  He spotted issues with my boiler the moment he entered the basement.  He discovered that my exhaust was installed backwards.  He got really upset about that.  There were some pipes that didn't have sealant on them.  He installed a new expansion tank and a actuator.  He rerouted my exhaust system.  Originally the work was suppose to be just a quick change of the expansion tank but after looking over the work of the previous installer he insisted that he will stay and make it safe for us.  He did an excellent job.  Thanks Chuck.

Chuck did a fantastic job.  Changing to this new system made us a little nervous but we needed to end our very high oil bills.
After getting many estimates Chuck is the one that made us feel more comfortable and gave us confidence in this new project.
He started the project on time and finished earlier than we expected.  He also made it very easy as he followed all the other work that needed to be done with the well, electric and duct work.  He took charge of the whole project.  He is a professional and very easy going.  He is a joy to deal with.  He is very knowledgeable of the product and the system and has been available at all times since he installed the units.
This summer we had wonderful AC in the whole house and we have just started a few days of heat and all is well.
Chuck, is very neat and organized.  Hard to believe that he is available at all times and actually returns all your calls within the day.
We are lucky to have found such a wonderful person and I would HIGHLY recommend him.
