I was extremely happy with Bruce and his crew. Bruce answered any questions I had in detail. He also determined that other work was not necessary, so saved me money. They had my roof done in one day and did a great job. They also did an excellent job cleaning everything up. Price was very reasonable and he guarantees his work longer than one year. My roof looks great!

Other than the snow, the work was done within the timeframe they promised.  We got several prices and they were the best.

Beautiful job until the master ceiling started leaking from the skylight. Apparently, the roofer broke the seal. I was standing in the master bath the day his workers lifted the entire window like it was nothing and dirt from the roof came pouring into the bathroom. Yes the roofer was responsive and came back each time he was called to do so because the leaking came back. I also had water seepage signs where the roof on the main house met the garage roof. That was corrected but the water leaking from the skylight was persistent. Bruce's remedy was to put silicone around the skylight. Even though the other large skylight was not leaking he did the same to it. I was not aware he handled the problem that way. The leak stopped for awhile and started up again. That is when I decided to put a claim in. His agent wouldn't put the claim in for at least 2-3 months. Unbelievable resistance from Bruce to his insurance agent to the carriers pointing fingers. Imagine he still gets condo development contracts. Just hope those folks don't have skylights. Ultimately I made a claim against his insurance policy. He changed carriers since he first did my roof. I liken the companies to playing fault png pong with each other- back and forth. Both companies denied responsibility. I have much interior water damage to my master bath ceiling, I have to replace the skylight window and sheet rock and paint. I wanted to work with Mr Adams. I didn't want to make a claim. He just did everything but the right thing to correct the shoddy job around the skylight. This has been a nightmare for us and not to mention costly.

professional, well-managed/supervised team of roofers - in and out in 3 days. Removed old down to existing decking, removed square vents, cleaned and inspected decking, re-nailed all wood decking. Installed 15lb saturated felt to all decking, 6' ice and water barrier on bottom edges, new drip edge to all edges, Owens Corning Duration architect shingles, new vent collars and paint pipes to match color, new flashing around chimney, new sun tunnel. Complete clean up and debris removal.

Bruce did an excellent job! He even installed ice and water barrier around chimney and where outer garage meets house as we felt we needed it in these areas as well. This was not in his estimate and he did not charge us extra. Bruce was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on the job site while all work was performed. His price was a little higher than other companies, but we felt his experience and professionalism was worth it. We found Bruce on Angie's list and he was also recommended by a friend who used his services a few years ago. We would definitely use him again.

I checked a few lists and checked several other companies and called them having coming out for quotes, and I called them based on the reviews that I read on Angie's List and called a few companies that all had great reviews. I hired them for two reasons, one was they did give the cheapest price and they had done a couple of roofs on my block and people I knew gave me great recommendations too. They were excellent. They were the lowest bidder. I would rate them highly. They were really good, responsive and did the job very quickly. Mr. Bruce Adams, the owner of the company, was on site for almost all the time they were here and kept me updated on everything. They were very low impact in terms of replacing roofs. Taking old roof off can be messy, and they did it as quietly as I would ever expect somebody be able to do it. They cleaned up the entire mess, and they were respectful of us and the neighbors. I would use them again in the future.

Bruce Adams Roofing was chosen by our townhouse homeowners association to reroof each home as needed. My home was done last summer. I cannot address the price as it was negotiated and paid for by the homeowners association, but the quality seems to be very good. His people showed up at my townhouse when expected and worked long hours to get the job done quickly. They were very professional and accommodating and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up and took care not to damage any shrubs, etc. Mr. Adams was often present onsite which I feel is a plus for making sure the job is done well. Our homeowners associate researched and got quotes from several roofers and picked Bruce Adams based on references, reputation in the community and fair pricing. Bruce Adams has done 6-8 units in our development in the past 2 years and the association plans to continue to use his company in the coming years as other roofs need replacement.

He is very professional from start to finish. He returned my calls the same day every time. The job was delayed a week or two only because of the weather. He did a great job and cleaned up the area just as he promised. I recently asked for an estimate for a new roof for my daughters house and didn't go with him only because a close relative who does roofing made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Although the relatives price was way lower it took literally months to get the job completed. Live and learn. I would highly recommend Bruce Adams to anyone without hesitation

Bruce and crew were prompt and very professional. Due to weather, they had to postpone once, but called the night before to say they would have to postpone to the following week. Did a great job, were very quick and cleaned up everything when they were done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
