 + -1 moreThe absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a florist. Prepaid for flowers for my son's date to the senior prom. It was bad enough that twice today the bouquet was not ready when they told me to return and it would be ready then. The prom begins now in just a few hours, we have a party underway here, and someone will have to make a 3rd trip to pick them up. BUT, what made me write this review was the horrid service I encountered from every member of their staff. First, the sullen teenager at the register, then the manager who would not give me a (third) time tha the flowers would be ready, then walked away from me when I said I thought it was a reasonable question, then came back as I was talking with the seven other customers standing there who had also been lied to and then treated badly at the counter and said "I can stand here and listen to you complain but you won't get your flowers any faster". I've used this place for 4 years - for flowers for my wife, for sick friends, and for the needs of my agency of 20. Today is the end of that customer lifecycle. I plan to ensure that the BBB and all of the major online floral networks know about my experience. People like this should not be in retail.

 + -1 moreOrdered 2 dozen red roses in a large vase filled with greenery and a few lillies thrown in. This was the first set of flowers i was having delivered to my new gf whom I had only been dating for a month. I was shocked when i saw the arrangement. It lloked like it was thrown into the vase without any thought whatsoever. Not the worst flower set ive ordered in the past, but very close to it. Maybe their specialty is big events like weddings while the single order for the little guy suffers. Terrible arrangement. will go elsewhere next time.

 + -1 moreFlowers were bright, colorful hit right on to what we wanted. Top notch and lasted many days after wedding. Very well designed, with no cheaper mums thrown in. If you ordered a certain flower it was there from bouquets to arrangements, well put together. High end flowers, not fillers like some florists. Very happy with the quality the owner provides.
Description of Work: He gives a free wedding consultation, knows his stuff, what flowers do well in certain climates, ex.. makes sure all wedding details are covered, takes names and numbers of venue, photographer, etc just in case he needs to work with them, etc. Listens to the bride, but not afraid of making suggestions to fit budget, etc. Flowers are fresh, perfect, etc

BOUNTIFUL BLOOMS FLORIST offers the following services: Whether you need flowers delivered by us to the Greater Albany Metro area or across the country/world with our FTD, Teleflora, and Flowershop Network affiated flower shops, we take care to be certain that what you are ordering meets your expectations about what will be delivered. Weddings are serviced within a 2 hour drive of our flowershop, even though this extends beyond our daily delivery area. Sympathy designs are always made with beautiful flowers, and are a focus of our work.
We are not a garden center and do not carry annual or perennial plants you would expect to see there. Although we regularly accommodate our customers with a 'design while you wait' approach, this service may not be available during a floral holiday.
