HE IS A LITTLE ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES; A LITTLE SCRUFFY LOOKING. THEY DON'T WEAR UNIFORMS OR ANYTHING, BUT HE SHOWS UP, HE NEVER OVERCHARGES. HE TELLS ME WHAT HE'S GOING TO DO BEFORE HE ACTS ON IT. ALL AROUND A GOOD SERVICE.
