excavators, septic tank
 + 0 moreThey were prompt in cleaning out the system but in the process we found out we needed a bigger unit. We contracted with them in August to install a bigger system - in 3-4 weeks. We called them in October to find out why they hadn't started. Finally started and then stopped (never said a word about why they stopped - we thought it was weather related but found out it they were waiting for the Health Dept) They finally restarted and have most of it covered, but still not finished and won't be until spring. Our driveway is a mess and full of mud and when it snowed the other day - our person that plows couldn't plow because of the mess on and near our paved driveway. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION! and they are still not done! 5/17/2012 FINALLY finished the work they started in October. Very poor communication with his subcontractors. Would NOT recommend them.
Description of Work: Started out by a pumping of the system - which went fast and no problems. They then informed us that we needed a bigger system. Started the septic install in OCTOBER and finished in MAY. Granted part of the problem was the weather, most was a problem with communication. Thought they would put things back the way they were (as in grade and no ruts in the lawn) after arguing about what was acceptable or not, finally just gave up in trying to be satisfied with the quality of their work.
