My wife hired this individual to cut our grass while we were both away.  He did a mediocre job at best.  He didn't weed eat or perform the services one would expect for a lawncare professional.  Later on, I called him to cut our grass again.  I didn't particularly care that he had done a poor job earlier, I just wanted it cut.  Anyway, I called approximately a week before our go date.  The day before the go day, this guy calls me up and says he can't cut my lawn because he winterized his equipment.  I asked him for another contact and he told me to check the phonebook.  Overall, he was rude during our conversation even though he was at faiult and was utterly unprofessional.  Well, I can use Google and Angieslist.
