This company provided an excellent and detailed home inspection. I never felt the inspector was rushing to complete the inspection. The inspector was very detailed in every aspect of the inspection and did not miss a single corner of the home. I left the inspection, not only more knowledable on home safety, but confident that the home I was purchasing was safe for me and my family.

Brian is the owner and inspector of A1 Home Inspections. Coordination and communication was easy and fast. Prices were the average for the market but the level of quality was far superior. Brian dedicated his time to providing a thorough home inspection. He emailed a very detailed report the day of inspection with photos. Additionally he was always available/happy to discuss follow up questions or concerns. My realtor and the seller were both impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend him.
