"I am not sure how to respond to this review. To begin with [Member Name Removed] , you called the police to say that I stole your area rug. Not true. You called me 2 weeks later to apologize and said another local cleaning company had cleaned it and returned it. You told me you thought they did nothing with it and would I please clean it for him. This rug was filled with cat urine. We did a very thorough deep cleaning using a wash pit and using the very best cleaning and urine removal products on the market. When I returned it I asked if I could put it somewhere and you told me to bring it upstairs and leave it. You have many cats in your home. you called me two weeks later and I have no idea what happened in that time. I was reluctant to work with you and now I know why."

My only complaint would be their pricing is a bit and quot;fuzzyand quot; but worth it in the end. The pricing was explained as X dollars for the first 4 hours. Then they tossed out a flurry of numbers and figures as quickly as the legal disclaimer and terms on a car commercial. I don't know if that was intentional or not but the delivery is confusing. It felt a bit like a game of 3 Card Monte. They left us with the impression we were getting 4 hours of labor for X dollars. They never really explained that a labor hour is per worker. That means that after 1 hour and 20 minutes, our X dollar amount was used up and we were then being charged at a rate of Y times 3 every 20 minutes.
I'm sure that Spotless will respond to this post saying that they explained everything as clear as day but if that was the case, then there wouldn't have been any confusion. They do great work but they really need to be more clear about their pricing structure.
