+ -1 moreHe was great. Punctual - took a look at the issue - returned the next morning (when he said he would) and fixed the issue within 1-2 hours. Done. He could have taken a really expensive approach - but took time to think through a much less expensive, yet still appropriate solution. Kind man.
Description of Work: I had a plumbing emergency - burst pipe. Bob came on a recommendation from another plumber. Been in the business for-ever. Had to work on very, very old and brittle pipes. He was able to build a custom fix to my problem - via a very affordable approach. Half of what the original estimate.
