It went really well.  Tolga has a small crew, but they are experts, he is hands-on in terms of direct supervision and planning, and the work product is terrific.  They plan ahead; they are careful; they do a first-rate job (and there are lots of places where people can cut corners in this business); and they have great patience and understanding with customers who can also be hands-on.  (We spent a rainy morning at the stoneyard picking out flagstones.)  In my view, they charge a full price, but they are not way out there like some contractors.  You never get the sense that they are trying to feed you a line of nonsense.  Some bidders did, and I'm glad I passed them by.
