I could not be more happy with the roofing services provided by Paul Kane. After receiving several professional estimates, I was beginning to feel that an extensive and quite expensive re-roofing job was inevitable, even though I had a new roof put on only nine years ago. PaulKane efficiently determined the sources of the leaks,and came up with a reasonable approach to the repairs. His work ethic and dependability became more than evident, and I had no qualms about the price. Without hesitation, I highly recommend him for anyone's roofing needs.

He took out the old logs, and replaced them with the new ones. Our old water drains weren't working properly so he replaced two of them. It was an all day project, and he worked from 8:30 in the morning until 4:30, and didn't even stop for a lunch break. He is a very dedicated worker, and I was very pleased with the work he had done. I had also asked him to provide me with a days notice before he came out and did the work, and he did so I was very pleased with him. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Paul called me right back, the next day, and arranged to come the next day to look and give me an estimate. He was respectful and responsible, doing exactly what he said he would do! The next day, Paul showed up before I even went to work, with an assistant, and went to work on the roof. By the time I got home that night, I arrived to a completely done roof, AND the completed deck work. I even let them have the key to my house to finish the interior work on the ceiling with NO worries. He called the next night to make sure it was to my satisfaction.

Let me tell you about this company. It is owned by a retired police officer. I own the alarm in my house, so if I sell it, I can take it with me. I like that. I also like the owner. He is nice to me. He is highly communicative, very punctual and really trustworthy. He does not charge me for things, I do not need. I feel good about finding this fine alarm system in my local community.

Mr. Kane called me back and came to see the work required on the first day. Then called back in two days with a quote, and came the next day to do the job. Was here on time, came with one helper. Completed the job in 4 hours, cleaned up completely, was respectful, friendly, and did a great job. There is a one year guarantee on the section he did.

I called four different people to do the work. Paul got back to me within an hour of leaving a message. He came to the house an hour later and then called me that night with an over the phone estimate itemizing the different aspects of the job. We agreed on the price and he started the next day. During the course of the work, we realized that the bathroom fan would need to be replaced, so he bought a new one to my specifications. The work was completed in two days for exactly what the estimate was. The fan added no additional cost. The bathroom was left very clean and organized.

A couple of things to note here. Although it was a small job (nailing the drip cap back on) it was at the very highest part of the roof and in a difficult spot to work. Paul competed the job without any complaint. He is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone. I'm definitely keeping his number for the next job.
