He took detailed pictures of every deficiency and area that needed to be repaired and included that in the mold report so the remediator knew exactly what to do. Brian is an expert in mold/moisture management and understands how to remediate a home from roof to attic to basement/crawl space. We have never seen such home expertise in one person.
