I've had a good experience with them. I was very pleased with them. They've treated my dog well and I've had no problems at all. I would use them again if I needed to. I was satisfied.

It is an excellent experience at all times. Dr. Phifer always does a good job. The diagnosis is always completely accurate. She has a claiming personality. The doctor is very good with the nervousness of the owner.

During the years that Dr. Hoell has been treating my dogs, she has gone above and beyond her professional responsibilities. When we had to euthanize our beloved pet in 2009, she was a great comfort, and she has worked long and hard to properly diagnose and treat my youngest dog for a disease that is rarely seen in this part of the country. I cannot say enough about how helpful she has been on every occasion, from routine care to serious issues.

I like them a lot. I've been using them for a long time. I only have good things to say about them. They are thorough and effective. They are clean and nice to the pets. They tend to run late sometimes, but I'm willing to pay that price. They call you back after to find out how your pet is doing.

Louann is the absolute best, and we've always been happy with the other vets that she has worked with over the years. They are not afraid to refer us to specialists if one is needed. When our dog needed to be put down, their compassion was so remarkable; we were allowed to stay with him for as long as we needed. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I have used them for awhile and I am always pleased. They are compassionate with the animals. And they have a great service. They are always so friendly and very knowledgeable. The service is very good and you never have to wait long. I am satisfied with them.

When they took the blood from my animal i think they took more time than they should have took.
