Scheduled the appointment, reserved a loaner and dropped off car at scheduled time. Loaner was ready and available.
Dropped off loaner at the end of the day and vehicle was ready as promised. They suggested a few additional items be completed based on tech's evaluation of vehicle (nothing mission critical, but need to be watched near term).
Techs are great and service team is top notch.

I went in for schedule service and they're very good at what they do. They explained what needs to be done if they find something and I have very good feedback to them. I bough my car from them and I use them because they treat me pretty good. They're very honest.

Went to have my truck checked out. They said my water tank was leaking and I needed to replace it with a new water tank. About 2 months later was driving and the gauges and lights came on pulled over realized tank was empty. I was directed to a gas station/ service center to get antifreeze. The mechanic there was pouring fluid into the tank and it started coming out from the bottom. I contacted the dealership and they told me I need to have my car towed in and not to drive it. Shop gave me a # to call and told me they would pay for tow afterwards if it was the tank that was the problem. Had car towed to shop and was told that the tank was good but I needed to replace the cooling system attached to the tank so they would not pay for the tow. I said I just spent $1800 (water tank and radio) to fix the car 2 months and when I asked them how come they did not see it when they did the work the first time, they pretty much said "things happen". I ended up getting the work done in order to get the truck fixed and since I already paid to get the car towed there. I paid $700 for them to fix the cooling system including the heater control valve and a door latch. After I picked up my car they called and left me a message saying that I needed to come back in becuase they did not see that a payment was made. I was suprised becuase I have my receipt in my purse with the charge to my Credit Card. I feel that I have been taken advantage of since I do not know much about the car. I am not happy at all with this company, and I felt insulted when they called me and said I did not pay my bill.

They sell all different types of vehicles at Meadowlands Dodge. The experience with them was good. They showed us a lot of different vehicles. They took us for a test drive. The salesman was very nice. They were able to get approval for financing right away. They were easy to work with.

The salesman that helped us was very considerate and professional. The entire time we were there we didn t feel pressured at all. The car came fully equipped and we haven t had a problem with it since. I would highly recommend this group to purchase a new car from.
