Pete and Dennis are total professionals, and are incredibly fair and transparent. While their shop can easily get backlogged with customers, they're great at managing customers' expectations. Overall, for the huge amount of work they did on my 2008 Kia Sedona, the fees they charged were incredibly reasonable. I was planning to get rid of the van if the cost exceeded a certain number; and Pete worked with me very closely to ensure that all the work got done, in a timely manner, at a number that was far less than what I expected. If only all service professionals were as good as Pete and Dennis...but most aren't. So I'd highly recommend this particular location if you're planning to go to a Mavis center in Putnam County, NY.

Took longer than expected, but work was thorough. Staff is friendly and professional.

We have been taking our older car for service to this Mavis location. The last service visit soon after we discovered the car was leaking oil and we all know what happens after that. They did not detect this until we were left stranded by our car in the middle of a rain storm in Queens. After that we had to have the engine replaced which we maybe should have not done. The new engine gave the car 6 months of life. Fortunately, we have a new car now and will have it serviced at the dealership. I will not return to this Mavis.

They put my front tire on the back and fixed the shimmy. They balanced and rotated my tires and they said that if I did need new tires they would take the cost of balancing and rotating the tires and put it towards the purchase of new tires. The courtesy and the honesty was great. They took the car right in and did it while I was there.
