I called to get an estimate on landscaping/tree planting work.  They told me they would call me within a few days to visit my house.  Three weeks went by.  I called again & they apologized for not getting back to me & said they would call right away to schedule a visit.  Another 2 weeks have gone by.  I missed planting season waiting for this company.  I guess they do not want my business.

It's a family run business. They really know their products. Their customer service is excellent. They answer all your questions and help you select the plants for what you need.

I purchased 15 arbovitate tree's from Kent and had them planted as well. The warranty on all planted tree's is 1 year, so I was comfortable purchasing from them should any of the tree's not survive the first winter. However, when I called Kent in the spring and told them 3 of the tree's were completed brown and needed to be replaced, the owner was extremely rude and told me he would have to find time to come to my house and take a look at the tree's. A couple of weeks went by and the owner NEVER showed up. When I called Kent, again, I was not able to get through only realizing later that they had blocked my number from calling them. I guess the owner figured he had already gotten paid, so why bother. This is without a doubt the most unprofessional landscaping company I had ever dealt with and will never hire them again.

I will continue to use them for our landscaping needs in the future. They do retail and they will also come and landscape a home.

I think their advise is very valuable. He walked me through the project and helped me pick the plants. I described what I was looking for and he guided me to what would work and what would look good. I didn't feel as if I was letting him pick everything, I felt I had good input into what I wanted for my yard. He was excellent and the price was better than the other two estimates that I had gotten.

The quality is an A and I will know more when the Spring is complete and I will see more of the landscaping. I will continue to use his services in the future.
