Kenny's Carpet One Floor & Home

BEWARE...........I went to Kenny's to obtain an estimate for two floors, a tile floor and a wood floor, I was told the estimate would cost me $50 which would be credited back with the work. At the time I thought this was weird, competitors give free estimates, but I paid it. I received Kenny's estimate which was several thousand dollars higher than the local competitors so I decided to go with the other service. I was watching TV the other night and there is Kenny with a commercial on cable advertising free estimates, I checked the website and it also states free estimates! I emailed Kenny directly to question this, guess what NO RESPONSE!!!! I have to seriously question the integrity of a store that does this, you should too!

We got them on Angie’s List. That’s how we found them. They have a beautiful showroom with salesman. He is very good. They have a nice selection. Prices were okay. They weren’t terrible but they weren’t cheap. They did a beautiful job installing. It’s a huge job.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, they actually came ahead of time to give me a price and measurements. They showed up no problem and worked until the job was done. No problems at all.

Very pleased with the whole experience. All the people with whom we had contact (sales person, measurer, and office) were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. We are relatively new to the area. Kenny's Carpet One was recommended to us and we were quite pleased with the outcome. We will use Kenny's again.

They are always prompt, efficient. You get what you pay for. They are friendly, they install everything very well. I just never had any problems with them. I will absolutely use them again.

We chose Kenny's because they had the flooring we wanted, and were conveniently located. Shopping for the tile was easy - they had samples - which we were able to borrow - and the sales staff (Sal and Mike) were very knowledgeable. There were no problems with ordering and the installation was scheduled at our convenience.
The installers arrived on time and were very professional. The job ws much harder than they - or we - anticipated. They had a lot of difficulty removing the ceramic tile and the subfloor. A job that was planned for 2 1/2 days at most, took nearly 4 days. Throughout it all, the installers were polite, cleaned/vaccumed daily, and worked steadily, breaking only for lunch (despite the heat) until the job was done.
We were very pleased and would recommend Kenny's Carpet One without reservation.

Sal the sales person was percise, knowledgable and pleasant. He and his staff were punctual and did an excellent installation and clean up.

Excellent service, workmen were careful with my things and did the job well. They went the extra mile in helping me move TVs, computer, etc.

Kenny's delivered the new wood a week in advance so it could adjust to our house. The crew of two arrived promptly at the agreed time of 8am each of the two days that was required for the job. They worked very hard without stopping. They cleaned up after each day of work, and removed the old carpet and wood scraps from our home. They did the wood preparation outdoors at our request, even though the weather was quite cold. The result looks great.
