 + -1 moreI worked with Bruce over the course of 2 years to get my credit ready for a mortgage. When we finally got serious about the house we wanted, he worked closely with both the sellers and our agent to get the deal done. Our loan was VA which most agents are reluctant to do bc of the complexity but Bruce got everything ready for closing within 45 days. I highly recommend his services.
