Excellent work as always! Powder room looks fabulous. It was finished as promised, on time and on budget. Jerry has done many jobs for us including a kitchen renovation, master bath remodel, new windows, and many other repairs and updates. Whether the job is large or small, Jerry's work is always first rate. He is the only one I call for work around my home.

Jerry was punctual, thorough, neat and a very capable and professional builder. He suggested several changes in the design which were welcome and which showed he was thinking thoroughly about how we would use the studio, rather than just doing a mechanical job without extra thought. His craftsmanship was very good. The whole job was a very good experience for us and I would definitely use Jerry again for remodeling and renovation. I would not even think of looking for anyone else.

JK Home Improvement works like a general contractor should work, with professionalism, courtesy and responsibility. From Day 1 Jerry kept us involved and informed in the process, from getting the required permits to actual groundbreaking. He and his team worked extremely efficiently, starting from the earliest possible time and ending at the latest possible time my town would allow. Jerry's carpentry skills are, in our opinion, some of the best in the business. His attention to detail is impeccable (getting moulding to come together perfectly is one small example). From meticulous tile work in our bathrooms (he built a brand new one and remodeled two old bathrooms) to building three rooms (2nd garage, kitchen/family room, and master bedroom), guests have commented on how wonderful the craftsmanship was, and we couldn't agree more. Jerry has been our contractor for different jobs for many years prior to this home addition. You will be happy.

Jerry was superb. He is a true craftsman who knows how to build things, is fair and communicates extremely well. My wife and I were both extremely pleased with the quality of his job and believe his price was very fair. The job itself was a difficult and complicated job having to work in our older house where surprises were found behind the walls, in the foundation and in the roof. He managed the issues that came up extremely well and resolved them as they came up. Finally, the room was transformed from a cold drafty room to the nicest room in the house. We love the room now. We have already used Jerry for our next job and will be the first person we call when we are ready for our next job.
