Sean was recommended to us by our regular plumber. We were having pressure issues with our well and our plumber saw that our well pump was installed 20 years ago. He said that we might need a new one given the age. Sean came over and his office took down all the information about my pump. They probably expected to replace the pump. Sean came by and found a much cheaper issue. He could have simply said we needed a new pump instead of or even including the problem he found. I know it's a lot of work to install a new pump, but certainly more profitable. He was HONEST and very nice, which is so important and something I find lacking in a lot of companies today. He explained everything he was doing and what the job of the components of the system are. My well pump will certainly fail one day, and I will definitely call Sean back to make the repair. In addition, I would recommend him to anyone looking for service on their systems.

Shaun Boyd talked me into replacing my current perfectly working water system. He claimed that by replacing the current well pump control with a Pentec PID10 constant pressure control would eliminate the need for large water holding tanks. I agreed to follow Shaun's recommendation mainly to provide space for an in-house oil tank and replacing the in-ground tank. After the installation of the new system I found that the new system made such a loud noise that you could hear it one flight up. Shaun returned to fix the problem, however after he left the same problem persisted. I tried calling/texting Shaun many times over a three week period and he refuses to acknowledge my calls and texts. Shaun provided a three year guarantee on the overall system. If this is the way Shaun stands behind his work, I would recommend to anyone seeking his services to think twice about hiring him. My next course of action will be to contact my attorney. I regret having to do this but I have no other recourse if he continues to be non-responsive.

Shaun promptly came to look at our water tank/pump which I thought something wrong, but he looked at them and explained that our tank/pump do not have any problem at all. (did not charge) Now I feel very relieved. Thank you. Highly recommend him.

We called on Wednesday for an appointment on Saturday morning. .He was on time. After Shaun looked at our system and listened to what our problem was, he explained what the issue was with our water system and what our options were and how to maintain our system properly to avoid future problems. What a great experience! Woke up without water today (Sunday). I submitted an inquiry and Shaun called immediately. We spoke briefly and he arrived in an hour, checked a few things and replaced the control box at the pressure tank. We could have easily been convinced that we need a new pump knowing they last about 10 years and we've been in our house for nine. $125 for the visit and $85 for the part, a blessing. He was honest, professional and pleasant and would recommend him for any plumbing work. I expect to need a new pump some time in the future and H2O Service will be my only call. Thanks again Shaun.

I had an emergency situation as the water pressure just completely dropped. I put in a servicemagic request and Shaun from H2O called me back in literally 5 minutes and helped with analyzing the problem over the phone. We agreed he would come over and be prepared to do whatever it takes to get the water back. He was very firm in his commitments and kept his promises. Very knowledgeable and professional in the area of "end to end" water supply. I did not give the full 5 stars for "value for money" as I believe I did not pay the lowest possible price, but I am pretty sure I DID get the highest possible quality and service.
