Fault Finders (Brian) did an exceptional job inspecting a large home we were planning to purchase. He identified several critical issues that a typical “check the box” inspector would not have bothered with. He provided a comprehensive report with dozens (~100+) high definition photos explaining numerous minor and a couple more important issues as well as highlighting key areas of deferred maintenance. The report also included descriptions of areas we should plan to regularly maintain after the home purchase. His service may not be cheap relative to a typical inspection but the value is incredible. We negotiated price adjustments with the seller to address a couple deficiencies that represented many multiples of the overall inspection cost. If you want to fully understand one of your single largest purchases before making an investment be sure to use Fault Finders as your inspector.

This is the 5th home that I have bought in my life and the first time that I have used Brian. This was by far the most thorough and accurate home inspection that you could ever ask for. Brian will check everything possible and will give you the truth about what is wrong with the home, what could go wrong and what absolutely needs to be addressed. He spent over 6 hours inside and outside of the home. Its a scary proposition for the realtors. Obviously, they are incentivized to see the deal close so they don't want an inspector finding things that could jeopardize that, so be ready for some dirty looks. I ended up purchasing the home with full confidence that I knew what issues the house had and what other potential issues could come up. He also owns a house sealing business so he will know if your house has issues that critters could take advantage of. If you want to really know the ins and outs of the house you are purchasing then Brian is your man.
