He gave me an estimate. We went through the whole bathroom. We then had to cancel the job but, we needed the shower. He was very understanding and did the shower. He saved some of the tile off the floor and saved it. He did a really good job. He re-insulated it. He did things that I would not have thought of. I would call him back again for other work.

Job design and installation went very well. Work was done promptly and excellent cleanup of the site was done.

The workers were polite and competent. They arrived on time, worked carefully with very little disruption to the rest of the house. They worked cleanly and always did their best to keep down noise and dust levels.

They kept us fully informed on all phases of the work. This included giving us time frames, seeking our opinions and offering theirs during critical times in the work. They offered design solutions for tricky areas and actually informed us of possible problems with something we liked but would cause problems down the road. They were always right!

They worked hard to finish the project on time. There were some setbacks as would be expected on a project of this scope and size, but we really were quite close to the deadline when the project finished.

The owner of the company was there on the job most of the time ensuring the quality of the work. He kept in close touch with us.

In short, I would hire this company again and plan to do so in my new home.

Went well. Gave estimate and come back a week later to do the work which took 2 days total.

I was very happy with the work done. They showed up on time each day and finished the job quickly. There was no disruption in a very busy driveway. Excellent work!
