Description of Work: We built a family room. His prices seemed reasonable, but he kept adding additional expenses.He is uncommunicative about things. He would do work without inquiring what I wanted beforehand. The companies he hired out to do the work were inferior. I am unhappy the way my wood floors turned out. He caused a leak in our roof that took months to repair, because he couldn't figure out where it was coming from. His carpenter is not good. 12 shingles came off the addition to the roof. The leak ruined one of our walls. We also developed a leak in the basement. A friend who used him was also dissatisfied with the quality of the work. Pay a little more and get better quality and someone who you can talk to.

 + 0 moreHe was a really good contractor. He did what he said he would, at a reasonable price. The crew that did the work was thoughtful, careful, and precise, and was responsive when I asked questions or gave direction. They knew what they were doing. They took care of all the debris. The final product looks great. They only thing they should have done better was covering more of my furnishings. When they were done, there was dust on shelves, knickknacks, etc.
Description of Work: Replaced bow window, installed sliding glass door, replaced 2 storm doors
