Description of Work: I ordered several hundred dollars worth iof specialty door hardware from one if their vendors. I waited 6 weeks to receive merchandise. The prices were not discounted compared to other vendors but I wanted to give a local business some business. I walked into the showroom to return three items. ( value less than $35.) Was told they could not accept items AND would have to wait three days to hear if merchandise could be returned and where to send. My question is: where is customer service? Two employees behind desk with no customers were absolutely no help. Why do I have to jump through all these hoops instead of the employees of company. Needless to say I will not use them again. Same items from build.com were less expensive and better customer service with problems or returns.

 + -1 moreThey have a much greater selection than the average big box stores and their showroom was great because I could see what I was buying. Prices were comptitive as well.
Description of Work: I purchased knobs for my window seat and pantry cabinets. About 40 knobs total.
