The top of the stoop that was extended into a porch is fine. The walls coming down from the porch, however, are stained with white, I guess, lime from the concrete that they used.
The side walk going to the driveway is pitched incorrectly, so water pools towards the retaining wall. Plus the low brick edging/small brick wall isn't level.
The walkway leading down to the sidewalk while installed correctly isn't proportioned properly. The walkway looks too narrow. I feel it's my fault for allowing the walkway to the sidewalk go without saying anything. I think that's due to my inexperience
I have called repeatedly and they never got back to me. Now the phone number is just one of those automated messages. No live person ever answers the phone.
I am very disappointed. I put my trust in this company because they were recommended to us by another company we have done business with. I also didn't hover over them because I assumed they were the professionals. Very disappointing.
I am now going to call in someone else, spend more money to correct what they did incorrectly. BTW, we used Cambridge Pavers, which the pavers which we're very happy with and they're not the reason for the lime stains.
