They were very abusive in their prices. He put the pipe outside. He did not give any details about the bill. He just sent it. My insurance had to pay for it. He charged me too much. He came several times.

Excellent service. I had a leak in my whole house water filter that needed to be fixed right away. They were the only company out of about 7 on Angie's list that I called that were able to respond and come to my house the same day. The plumber was professional, and fixed the problem. The cost seemed reasonable for the emergency visit and the time that he needed to repair the problem. (One hour: $230). I would definitely use this plumber again.

They did excellent work but it did take a long time to get them out for big jobs such as replacing/converting a furnace. However, the plumbers who came to my house were very courteous and professional.

Installation was done on date promised. Worked with National Grid to get new gas meter installed as needed for my new generator.

An old refrigerator tap and value into a main line pipe off the central line started leaking into our basement ceiling tiles. It had to be fixed.
Cody was recommended to us by a friend and we decided to use them. We could not have been happier with the result.
Our plumbing repairman went the extra mile and replaced the main value so he could shut off the supply to work on the problem. This was a known weakness but not the total inability for the value to shut off water to the house (a second trip was averted). Additionally, the plumber suggested that we not replace an older pipe that was just covered in older pipe wrapping, therefore saving even more cost.
The advise and professionalism was outstanding.

One of the finest plumbers I've ever worked with. They've installed a boiler, two hot water heaters, and heating systems in my home, along with extensive drain lines and three bathrooms. Their skill and workmanship is exceptional. I have never had a problem or complaint with them. They're so good that I wouldn't even consider calling another plumber. Their troubleshooting is time saving, and they make every attempt at being neat, clean and considerate for how they leave my home once the work is completed. If you can, ask for "Smitty", as he's one of their best mechanics. They really know what they're doing! I've worked with them for years and will continue to do so, because I trust them. They won't take shortcuts or install inferior products to increase their profit. They will give you what you pay for.

Superbly! We received an estimate promptly, they kept the appointment, worked cleanly and efficiently and most important stuck to the agreed upon price. They are a pleasure to deal with! We are delighted to finally having found a plumbing company that we will use again and can recommend to our friends.
