Furniture - Sales
This was an awful experience. I placed several complaints with the quality of the furniture. This furniture was very poorly manufactured. I constantly called and complained about the quality of the furniture. They do not follow through with their promises, they have terrible customer service and I have been waiting months for a supervisor to call me back and give me an explanation.
I bought the "guardian protection plan" that cost me almost $400 dollars. Their entire focus is just to deny you. I spent hours and hours on the phone with them for them to just tell me that we were denied. People should be warned about this!
