I made an appointment about a week in advance for the carpet cleaning. On the day of, I received a call in the morning letting me know what time they would show up within their scheduled window. I received another call when they were about 15 minutes away. The cleaning was well done.

They were on time, worked quickly, and were friendly. Both rugs look great. I also appreciate that they called the day before to confirm.

They give free estimate and work out really well. The entire house was cleaned and they get out spotless that were really been there since the last carpet cleaning so they did a really good job. I thought that they are real people because they responded when I called and that was nice. They set an appointment the same week for an estimate that was nice but they were 30 minutes or an hour late for their actual appointment.
