We called Panetti Construction to our farmhouse turned hunting camp on a Sunday morning last spring (May 2014) when we noticed water damage due to a leaking roof. Knowing we were just there for the weekend, Panetti Construction came right by and asked detailed questions about what we were looking to have done. Later that week, after pricing materials, they provided us with a quote over the phone. Being a camp without a single owner, it took us some time to talk to everyone about getting the roof done. It was not until the beginning of hunting season and our discovery of even more leaks that we decided we needed to put the roof on ASAP. Again, Panetti Construction was able to help us out by honoring their now almost six month old quote and were able to get the roof on within two weeks of us making the decision to proceed.
The roof itself looks great, the quality of the workmanship was top notch and we would highly recommend them to anyone else in the area looking for general construction and roofing needs. From the very beginning, based upon the quality of questions they had about our expectations and quick professional responses we felt secure that the project would go well and it did.
