the water leak was repaired well , no problem.the outdoor faucet was more complicated but everything was fine in the end.

The push bar in the furnace broke over New Years weekend and because of that it could not provide heat for our home. He was the only one who had access to the necessary parts without having to order them which saved us several days in the cold. While he was here he completed cleaned the furance and made repairs to a weak area in the heat box which saved us from having a serious carbon monixode leak take place in the house. He spent aprroximately four to five hours here.

Didn't leave so much as a speck of dust. Did an excellent job in the time allotted. Had to hunt them down for a receipt that came more than a month after service completion, but this is only a minor glitch in an otherwise superb installation. I would and plan to continue to use them for all of our service and improvement needs.

Had wonderful communication every time we had a question.
They responded right back.
The job came in at the estimate amount.
They were here 3 minutes early to start job.
They showed respect for our home and belongings.
Cleaned up what little mess there was.
We have made arrangements for this company to return to service our furnace in Sept.

The workmanship was professional and the men policed up after themselves. They were on time and the work was done well... I had concerns expressed here previously that there was no follow-up but thanks to Angie's list contacting the contractor he has responded to my concerns above and beyond what I had expected. My opinion of this contractor has once again been elevated to better than most.
