+ -1 moreTed Clark (owner) was installing siding on a neighbor's house when I asked if they could find & repair leak in our bathroom exhaust fan during heavy rains. He said yes. We agreed on $50. to patch the leak. Upon his going on roof he could not locate any leak. He said he did add tar just in case, checked roof & patched a few bad shingles. He refused any money saying he could not charge me because he didn't earn it. I even offered a case of beer & he turned it down. He suspects the way our new exhaust fan pipe was installed allows water in heavy rains to bounce up into vent. (Roof is only 6 years old too)
