I drove 50 miles (106 miles round trip) to White's with the 2 hoses I needed replaced or "made" on site. They didn't have the Kubota replacements, and didn't have the Kubota couplers to "make" the hoses as I was told. They said they could order them for me. Duh! I can order them, and now after 2 1/2 hours on the road and almost $20.00 in gas and $3.00 in tolls, I am sitting at my computer about to order the hoses, same thing I could have done this morning, but I wasted all day and the $'s for such poor service from a Kubota authorized dealer. I had called other local dealers describing what I needed, and asking if they made up hoses, and every one of them was honest enough to tell me they didn't have the correct part, and did not have the ability to make up the hoses. In the past I had dealt with Syracuse Kobuta, having bought hoses and having hoses made up on site. They sold their shop; my point being I know what I am doing and know what to ask before driving all over central NY. I have the service and part manual and gave White's the Kubota parts number (s) so there could be no error. Ain't my first Rodeo or tractor. This is Kubota #3 and tractor #14 or 15, time blurs a few of the older ones.
