Dr Brown is a very compassionate veterinarian and has taken care of my pets for several years. He's easy to talk with and explains what's going on with your pet. Currently, he gives my cat monthly acupuncture treatments which have shown obvious improvements. I will keep his appointments regularly because my cat is acting more healthy and happy. He's a different cat!

They are always considerate with the pets. They are not pushy on the finances and they take their time.

Dr. Alicia Brown is incredibly talented and knowledgeable in all areas. All the vets in the office as well as the ER are great. They are extremely adept at fitting you in for appointments and have a nice waiting room, complete with separate areas for dogs and cats. Best vet care in the area and reasonably priced.

The vet and techs were great with him and i will use them again. I feel that the price was high, but i don't really think it was especially out of line for a quality veterinarian service.

They provide care for all my pets. Great service, Drs.24 hr emergency service and the only local General Practice w/a Veterinary Technician on site 24/7 for patient care.

Knowledgeable and compassionate. Very down-to-earth. Open to ideas. If you call with a question, you can always get a call back from a veterinarian AND they cover their own emergencies--don't refer you out to the emergency center in Syracuse. They are a great resource!

This is the "go to" vet in the area when you want the best for your pet. Hip surgery went extremely well. Recovery was amazing, due to the pre-surgical ultrasound treatments and rehab. Too early to tell with the diabetes, but the care is phenomenal.

They treated our Husky for cancer and helped give us extended time with him. They are also caring for our Great Pyrenees health needs and shots.

All my experiences with the vets, the vet techs, the PT's and the receptionists have been positive. Whenever I need an appointment, they move mountains to fit me in, and I always know I am getting quality care, not to mention love and compassion. I have rarely had to wait more than 15 or 20 minutes passed my appointment time, and if so, it is usually for an emergency. If I have an emergency of my own, VVH has 24 hour emergency service with a vet on call. Always, I am greeted by a vet tech who listens to the current issue; then I might wait another five minutes for the vet. For most medical issues, aside from check-ups, I get a follow-up call from either a vet tech or my vet for more serious problems or any surgeries. There many be other veterinary clinics around who give quality care, but I doubt there would be any where all the people who work there know and truly love my animals and mourn with me when they pass away. I cannot say enough to emphasize what a wonderful place this is from the people who work there to the lovely grounds to the variety of services. I've been there too often and too long to cite one specific experience, but I know people who bring their pets to VVH from much farther than I travel--from Rome, Clinton, Utica and even Canada--and there are many great reasons why!

We have a dog. Our overall experience with them is outstanding.
