Overall I love the doctors and trust them completely!
Description of Work: I take my children there and myself. The front desk staff are not always that friendly... sometimes they are down right rude, but for the most part they are ok up front. The nurses are always very kind and understanding. I have seen every doctor many many times (our primary is Jeffrey Mulholland) and I love them all, so do my children. They are very attentive, great bedside manner, amazing with children, they do not disregard my concerns or questions, they explain EVERYTHING to me, and no matter how much I call or go in I never feel like they get sick of seeing me or dealing with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Poor; see above.
Description of Work: Being responsible for my mother’s healthcare I requested information from the on-call physician, Dr. Harry Capone, while she was an inpatient at an Oneida NY hospital. Dr. Capone was condescending & rude. Also being a registered nurse I asked to read test findings to which he abruptly ripped out of my mother’s chart & tossed them at me. Other disrespectful behaviors could be raised but I’ll reserve them in this forum. As witnesses can report neither I nor my mother did anything to prompt his behavior nor did I return this behavior in kind. My mother & I felt consoled as others made similar claims about Dr. Capone’s demeanor. My basic message to relay is that this doctor has much to learn regarding bedside manner; he apparently forgets who the ‘customer’ is. Unfortunately my mother had no choice in receiving this ‘on-call’ physician. I hope that you will not be put in this position & I wish you all the best in finding a suitable family care practitioner.
