It was a big deal purchase. They were wonderful. I just use the time that was allotted. They were fine. In fact, years ago back in the 80's we discovered I worked with his mom when I used to work at the VA, and he was a young man and he was very, very personable. He was very conscientious about getting the work done that we wanted to have done. The price was really, really good. It was an introductory thing. I'm hoping that he got regular customers out of that because that's the point of it. He was very good about communicating. I would be very pleased to use them again. He is actually out of Canandaigua so for him to come to where I am, if it wasn't a relatively large job, he's got travel time in there. He really listened to what it was and I wanted to have done and he was meticulous. In fact, the only criticism I would say is he seemed to work a little too slowly but it was probably just because he was giving a lot of attention to detail.

Many blinds throughout the house were manually dusted and cleaned as well as fan blades. Curtains were vacuumed as well as the rugs. Every surface was polished and dusted. They even found a book I had been missing for ages - it was under a piece of furniture. Really every wall and surface was touched by the two people working on this team with a good result. I would definitely have them back to clean again.

Showed up two or three times then bailed saying they were 'changing the direction of the business'

"I am truly sorry that things did not work out with this customer. we cleaned two or three times at this house with no problem. then I was told that even though things looked good in general there was a couple of very small issues( issues that the customer themselves described as picky). I was totally fine with this and corrected those issues. and then, yes, because of personal reasons I felt compelled to drop some business. but I offered to come and clean two additional times so that they would have a full month to find someone else. I would not describe this as " bailing". and as far as the time, it took two people three hrs. to clean every square inch of a large house. the time was not excessive at all."

Purity cleaners do a thorough job of cleaning all surfaces including dust on the ceilings! Our bathrooms and kitchen sparkle and the floors are so clean you could eat off them. The staff work right along with no breaks and are very punctual. An added bonus is they bring all their own supplies including the vacuum cleaner. I have never had such a clean house!

"this customer did receive four full hrs. of house cleaning. two people cleaned for two hrs. and everything that the customer asked to be done was done. he refers to one worker spending two hrs. vacuuming 4 rooms. but in those two hrs. this worker also dusted and vacuumed most of the house and hand washed all the baseboards per the customers request. the customers implication that he somehow did not receive four full hrs. of cleaning is not accurate in my opinion."

I had provided a list of things that I wanted to have done, in order of priority. Nearly everything on my extensive list was completed, and done well. However, one thing I really wanted was not addressed, because some other usual (and useful) services they provide were substituted.

Clint arrived right on time. I requested that he deep clean the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen which he did very well. I would not use him on a regular basis because he is too expensive. However, when I need another deep cleaning, he will be the first we call!
