Dean returned my call the same day I called him, so I was immediately impressed. I don't know much about computers, so I couldn't really articulate my problem other than my computer was running super slow. Dean asked me great questions that helped me give him the information he needed. This gave him a sense of what was causing the problem and the approximate cost it would be to fix it. Dean gave me the option of coming to my home, or dropping my computer off to him. I could be without my laptop for a few days, so I decided to drop it off with him, (which cost less than him coming to my house, although that price was very reasonable as well.) After he looked at it, he called me to tell me what actions he wanted to take and gave me a closer estimate on the total cost, which I really liked. I received a phone call from Dean only a few days later - he had figured out why my computer was running so slowly and asked me if I wanted him explain the problem and how he fixed it. I appreciated him asking this, because I didn't really care what was wrong with it, only that it would now run faster, (and it absolutely does!) You never know how much time someone actually spends on your computer when you drop it off, and if they are going to charge you a fair amount or rip you off, but this definitely was not the case with Dean - in fact the cost was actually less than I expected. We were so happy with his work that we also had him look at my husband's laptop and our desktop as well, because they were both pretty old and had some glitches. He made both of them run better than we thought possible, (we had been thinking that we were going to have to buy new computers, so he saved us a lot of money!) I've since recommended him to everyone, and he's gone to the homes of 2 different disabled individuals I know who are housebound and live on a very fixed income. The discount he gave them was extremely generous, and he stayed la lot onger than necessary at one of the individuals homes because the gentleman was really interested in learning the details of what Dean was doing. This individual just gushed at how much he like Dean and how much better his computer was running, thanks to Dean's help. He wanted to send more money to Dean because of how long he stayed, but Dean just said that he had great questions and he didn't mind staying longer to answer them. My husband and I feel very lucky to have found somebody who is both knowledgable and trustworthy. We highly recommend him!
