Handyman Service
Although the quality of his work is acceptable, he never shows up when he says he will and never honors his agreement. He submits previously undisclosed "up-charges" at the conclusion of the project and presents misinformation to justify the expenses. He finished the bedroom and never bothered to complete the bathroom.
