 + -1 moreAlthough the quality of his work is acceptable, he never shows up when he says he will and never honors his agreement. He submits previously undisclosed "up-charges" at the conclusion of the project and presents misinformation to justify the expenses. He finished the bedroom and never bothered to complete the bathroom.
Description of Work: Chuck Kester of Kester Construction at 5235 Lower Egypt Road, Canandiagua NY, (585) 229.5662 has performed multiple side jobs (home improvement) on my house. The latest job was an upgrade to our master bedroom and bathroom. He installed a gas fireplace and tongue and groove wood on our walls.
