The service person was rude both times and blamed known problems with maytag products on us. First a vibration that caused the washing machine to jump all over was due to our floor structure (on a house less than 10 years old). I paid to have the floor reinforced and no resolution. The washer failed and the sales person admitted it was a flawed machine. new machine and problem resolved. We got a discount on a second machine so against our better judgement bought another maytag. This time there was an odor after a couple of months and the same repair guy can and blamed my wife for using too much fabric softener. A little research showed that this model had issues with fully rinsing the fabric softener dispenser which causes a build up and oder. BTW the second machine was a piece of junk too. No more Maytags (or any other maytag products like whirlpool etc), no more from Maytag Direct in Canandaigua and no more Joe the service guy from that store. The service person was rude, condescending and never resolved the issues

When he came out he was professionally dressed and very polite. He comes out in events of an emergency, within hours.
