garbage collection
+ -1 moreFor the past year, I've had to call them over a dozen times due to their not collecting the garbage on the day they designated. Most of the time they didn't pick it up for an additional two days. For the past two years the price went up, but their services, professionalism and quality went down. They only pick up recyclables every other week. And when they wouldn't do that, you would have to wait an additional two weeks. When you call them, they outright lie on the phone just to tell you what you want to hear and don't follow through. They were not surprised in the least when I cancelled their service.
Description of Work: Garbage and recycle removal from private residence.
