TERRIBLE ! DO NOT HIRE! The structure was put up with only one issue. The block foundation was not filled with concrete as stated in the contract. The subcontractor was asked about it multiple times but never did it. The worst issue is the state of our electrical and plumbing! Not only has the rough electrical and plumbing never been completed, it has been left in an extremely hazardous state. Live wires are dangling from the electrical box and subpanel box. There are exposed wires throughout the structure. A smoke detector was removed from a bedroom and never reinstalled. (We live in a log house and heat with wood!) The plumbing has only been partially run. Nothing has been connected and several of the lines are nonexistent. The vent pipe has never been connected despite multiple requests to do so. Because of this, we are unable to finish insulating the second story resulting in substantial heat loss now that it has started snowing. Numerous calls, texts, and a certified/return receipt letter have gone unanswered. We are now living with an extremely dangerous situation and fear for the safety of my family.
