, We were delighted to stay in a rental home that had been redone top to bottom by Stephen Kolonics. It has every modern amenity (two story dishwasher, two headed shower, clawfoot tub) while maintaining its lake house country charm. Although we were not the direct customers (the owner of the home was) we had a chance to meet him and live with the renovations he had done in this home for two weeks. Every detail was thoughtfully done with high workmanship. And when we needed a small repair, he was punctual and friendly and got it done. Now that we are considering buying our own home in this area, Stephen is the guy we will go to!
