Orange County Roofing & Siding

ATTENTION all customers dealing with Orange County Roofing and Siding: Ralph Hernandez was contracted to install approximately 85 square of 30 yr shingles on my brand new house. To the average homeowner, you would never suspect that the charismatic man you first meet is actually a cowardly "contractor of the year" whom lacks such professionalism. About 8-10 men and women showed up at my location and not one of them had a string line and/or a tape measure, hence the uneven reveal that gaps from 2- 6 inches across my entire roof. Nothing standard here! It is a complete eye sore that dresses my brand new house. To add insult to injury, a second contractor found at least 7 full unnailed shingles. Maybe Ralph was hoping Owens Corning glue strip would work better than nails? When it comes to the warranty that you THINK is applied to your installation, forget it. Please understand, when you start to "peel the onion back", Ralph is an unprofessional excuse -making THIEF! He represents nothing more than a crooked, rip -off, shoddy, "took my money and ran" roofing contractor. Ralph Hernandez completely MISREPRESENTED himself, the integrity, work ethic and all of the prior installations his company has completed.

Ralph & his crew did a wonderful job.....From start to finish everyone had "his" job & went about in a very Professional manner.
The whole house was draped with a heavy netting to catch any fallen material. Clean up was a breeze, when the crew left there was not 
single nail left on our lawn ! Just the wat a picky homeowner would want.. The next day we had two inches of rain & no leaks, wish my 
plumber could do that ...

  Provider tore off old roof and replaced it with a 30 year architectural shingles. He installed drip edge and 6feet of icing water shield. installed new ridge vent.

  he and his workers were on time courteous and very professional. He cleaned up and removed all debris. I have recently recommended him to some of my neighbors and they also have been very pleased with his work.
