Majestic Remodeling Inc

Contract signed in May 2013. Work started in July 2013. Estimated time to completion 5 to 6 weeks. Total time until completion 3 months. Numerous problems. We had to dismiss the first group of sub contractors. 2 attempts to lay a ceramic floor.  Finally got it right the 3rd attempt with a new crew. Daily trash was left behind, cigarettes put out and left on the floors. Communication between the company owner and sub contractors non existent. We guided them through out the project. Owner only showed up when he wanted more money though he was suppose to be here daily or every other day. Crew confirmed he was not present unless we called him. I kept a 10 page journal detailing the problems and took numerous pictures of the mess.  Nothing went as promised during initial consultation. The end result is just Ok. Paint is sloppy, marble bathroom floor sill cracked, still waiting for front door plate. Called owner over 2 weeks ago but we figured once he got his final payment we would never see him again. Refrigerator ice machine no longer works, hall light fixture broken and put back together without telling us. Cabinet drawers were not adjusted as we were told they would be after the granite was installed.  Scratched wood floors though we negotiated final price because we wanted them out of here.  We were promised that once work started they would not leave until completed. This was not the case. Days went by without workers showing up.  They were suppose to work from 8:30 to at least 4 pm.  Rarely showed up before 10 am. This was a horrible experience. I could go on and on but I only wish to warn other consumers to steer clear of Majestic Remodeling.

Crew that was sent was messy, broke tree branches in back, broke several schrubs in front with ladder, broke stuff in hourse that fell off walls because of banging so hard, walked on gutters and ruined them, so much so, needed to get new ones that we paid for..got fined for not having a building permit, owner refused to reimburse us for fine.  This placed of business deserves and "F" as far as we are concerned and we do not recommend them.
