+ -1 moreTo date, all work has been superior quality completed on schedule. Kevin checks in daily and is on site for all work.He has participated in architectural meetings, permit approvals, meetings with the water company and utilities, all of which made the permit and design process go smoothly.
Description of Work: Kevin Gremli Construction is managing the rebuild of my home destroyed in a fire. Kevin has been very responsive since first contact. He immediately brought me to a large home he was building in Westown NY. It is a geothermal, Energy Star home with spray foam insulation and other energy saving technology. I brought my architect who was very impressed with all of the workmanship, materials, and technology. The job site was very organized and clean. Kevin maintains impeccable records that detail every step and cost. His sub contractors have all been very professional and knowledgeable.Although my home will not be completed for several months, I'm confident that the job will be completed on-time and with the highest level of quality construction.
